We accept card payments (online) and cash payments on the day of arrival. For booking, an advance payment is mandatory. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

Hostel Rules
We have a few simple rules to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.
At Hostel Art House Sweet Home we always respect our guests and are happy to welcome new residents. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following rules:
- No loud parties are allowed in the rooms
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the rooms
- Quiet hours must be observed after 23:00
- Each guest is responsible for washing their dishes
- Please clean up after yourself
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas within the hostel.
Check-in time at our hostel starts from 14:00 local time. Check-out time is until 11:00.
If you are unable to check out by 11:00, we offer an additional paid service that allows you to stay until 14:00. Please contact the reception for more details about this service.

How to Get There
From the Airport✈️: immerse yourself in the city atmosphere by taking bus №12 with a transfer to bus №26 in the city center at the “Mega Planet” stop. Continue your journey to the “Mosque” stop. The fare is 120 tenge or $0.27.
Alternatively, you can use a taxi, which costs between 1300 to 1500 tenge ($2.80 - $3.35). The best option is to order through the Yandex Taxi service.
From the Railway Station🚂: experience local life by taking bus №42 to the “Mosque” stop (fare 120 tenge or $0.27) or use a taxi for 500 tenge ($1.1), which will take about 10 minutes.
